INDIGENOUS REMOTE LEARNING
At Sophor, we recognise the unique challenges that Indigenous communities face in accessing quality education and training. With the DFOGs advanced wireless capabilities, a unique opportunity has presented itself to improve learning opportunities for those living in remote indigenous communities.
We are committed to bridging the gap and promoting equal access to education and training resources. We are proud to be working on programs that leverage the DFOGs' technology to deliver training and educational resources directly to remote communities.
Our goal is to provide hands-free instruction, online training programs, and remote access to mentors and experts in various fields to ensure Indigenous communities have access to the same educational opportunities as those in urban areas.

We are committed to promoting gender equality in the workplace and supporting women in industrial sectors. We recognise the challenges that women face in male-dominated industries and are dedicated to providing unique solutions that make the workplace more inclusive and welcoming for all workers.
